I’ve seen peach, mango and even nectarine but until the other day I hadn’t even thought to make salsa using blueberries. And why not? Cilantro and blueberries are two of the best foods for cleansing and ’tis the season for these little blue wonders. Toss your berries (you can cut them smaller if desired) with purple onion, cilantro, lime, red pepper, chili peppers…whatever your little heart desires. I used this on a salmon salad and it was divine but I imagine it would be quite good with tortilla chips or on fish tacos. Happy Summer!
