Summer Smoothies

When summer arrives I tend to want cool, fruit and green veggie filled smoothies for breakfast. Here are three I made this week and I loved them all. With all of these feel free to add whatever it is you desire or need to feel great whether that be protein powder, fiber (chia/flax/psyllium), kefir, rice/coconut/any kind of nut milk, and ice or water to change the consistency. I don’t recommend any added sweeteners, even natural ones, as the natural sugar content in these fruits is sufficient. You can play around with the different types of greens you use. Just get those dark, leafy greens into your daily routine!
